If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving them. Refund policy is available for creation perfume and concentrated oil only. The requested refund money will be transferred to the customer's account within 15 working days after deducting the $20.00 as delivery charges.

 

We learn from years of experience that most of the order returns are due to wrong size selection by the customers. To avoid that common mistake, we always help our customers choose the correct size for them.

 

The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, we recommend for security purposes that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

 

Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence and ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.

 

Refund Options

Buyers will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used to pay for the item.

 

For the refunds, we have the following options:

- Money Back (Same method used to pay, whether PayPal or Debit/Credit Card payment)

 

Incorrect Goods/Faulty Product Received

We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact help@jourabella.com immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

 

Order Cancellation

If you have not yet received your order, please contact help@jourabella.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund.

 

Please note that if you have decided to cancel your order and your order has already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods so we can process your refund. The whole amount of the order will be refunded to you, excluding shipping & restocking charges.

Discounted items and Items on SALE are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

 

During a promotional period, the cost of shipping may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent out.

 

Mind change or wrong size selection refunds will be issued after deducting actual shipping costs.

 

In case of a refund request due to a mind change or wrong size selection, the cost of shipping will NOT be refunded
