Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada. We do not ship outside Canada yet.
When is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $90 across Canada. Under $90, the rate is calculated at checkout from your province and the weight of your order. Rates start from $7.99.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes about 4–8 business days depending on where you live in Canada.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at jourabella.ca@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to help.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
At checkout you can pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Interac. The options you see depend on your device and browser, and the Payment step shows everything available for your order.
Our fragrances
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. JouraBella is an authorized Lattafa seller, and we carry Boland Perfume, a Kuwaiti brand, alongside other Arabic fragrance houses.
What is the difference between perfume, perfume oil and bakhoor?
Perfume is applied as a spray. Perfume oil (attar) is a concentrated oil you apply to your skin in small amounts. Bakhoor is incense that you burn to scent your home or clothes.
Are your perfume oils alcohol free?
Yes. All JouraBella perfume oils are alcohol free.
How do I find a scent I will love?
Shop by scent family: Oud & Smoky Woods, Leather & Tobacco, Vanilla & Gourmand, Musk & Powder, Fresh & Citrus, and Floral & Fruity. Every product page lists the top, heart and base notes so you know what to expect.
Who is Boland Perfume?
Boland Perfume is a Kuwaiti fragrance brand that we carry. JouraBella started from our founder’s love of its long-lasting, luxurious feel while living in Kuwait, and from the wish to bring that experience to Canada at accessible prices.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. For a full refund the product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. On your first order, return shipping is free: email us at jourabella.ca@gmail.com and we will send you a prepaid return label. On later orders, return shipping for a change-of-mind return is the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return a bottle I have opened or tested?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, for store credit. Opened items are not eligible for a cash refund. Please contact us first with your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at jourabella.ca@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. If the issue is our error or the product is defective, return shipping is on us.
